VEHICLE FIRE:

On Saturday 16th January 2010 police at the Frigate Bay Police Station and members of the St. Kitts Nevis Fire and rescue service responded to a report of a vehicle fire at Half Moon Bay. Police enquiries revealed that Matthew Jones of Half Moon Bay and a student at Ross University parked his silver Nissan Sunny Motor car P-2605 in good condition at his address on 15th January 2010 at about 6:00 pm and at about 6:30 am on Saturday 16th January 2010 it was discovered engulfed in flames. The fire was extinguished by the members of the St. Kitts Nevis Fire and Rescue Services. No one was injured and there are no suspects. Investigations into this matter are ongoing.

MISSING PERSON:

The Police are still seeking the assistance of the general public in finding Dave Sylvester Gordon of Shaw Avenue, Mc Knight, Basseterre, St. Kitts. The police received a report from his next of kin on Monday 11th January 2009 at about 2:00 pm, that Dave was last seen and heard from on Thursday 7th January 2009 at about 8:00 am at Mc Knight. He went to the Franklands Mountain area where he cultivates a piece of land and has not been seen or heard from ever since. Dave is 40 years old, dark in complexion, approximately 5' 7" tall, weighs approximately 170 lbs and has a stocky built. He usually carries a short full beard and a full head of short hair. Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Dave Sylvester Gordon is asked to contact the nearest police station or his daughter Shenell Browne of Cayon at 465-3503 or 667-7979.
