POST MORTEM RESULTS
On Wednesday 27th
January 2010 Dr. Stephen Jones performed an autopsy
on the body of the late Levi Maxwell Chumney 32 years
of West Street, Newtown at the JNF Mortuary Examination
Room. Upon examination Dr. Jones found that Chumney's
death was due to gunshot injuries.
Police discovered
Chumney's body in a yard at West Street Newton on
Wednesday 20th January 2010 at 7:30 am after they
responded to a report of gunshots heard in the vicinity
of the Chinese Supermarket. On arrival at the area
further inquiries revealed that gunshots were heard
between 1:00 am and 1:15 am on 20/01/10.
Police investigations
into this matter are still ongoing.
