Jamaican Kingpin’s Brother Surrenders

Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke

June 2 – The brother of wanted Jamaican crime boss Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke is now in custody after turning up at a police station yesterday with a religious leader at his side, according to published reports.

Leighton ‘Livity’ Coke, named on a wanted list issued last week, walked into a police station in St. Andrew parish accompanied by the well-known Reverend Al Miller.

The clergyman, who confirmed his role in the surrender, said he made arrangements to help Livity turn himself in after being contacted by his family. He is now calling on Dudus to follow his brother’s lead.

Livity was among several alleged gang members being sought in the aftermath of last week’s security forces operation in West Kingston to take in his brother and regain control of Tivoli Gardens.
