29th Illegal Firearm Taken into Police Custody

 

 
July 7 -- At approximately 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6, while the police were conducting a routine patrol in the Neverson Street, Newtown area, they recovered one .38 revolver.

The illegal firearm was taken into police custody for further process and analysis. No one was made accountable for the firearm but investigations are ongoing.

This is the 29th illegal firearm to be removed from the streets for 2010.
