Cedric Liburd Appeals Election Petition Ruling

Former Cabinet minister Cedric Liburd is headed to the Court of Appeal with his election petition challenging Hon. Eugene Hamilton’s eligibility to be elected. Liburd lost his Constituency #8 seat to Hamilton in the January 25th Federal election.
