Observer is published each Friday by the St. Kitts -
Nevis Publishing Association. It is distributed throughout
St. Kitts and Nevis, as well as Tortola in the British
Virgin Islands, and the US Virgin Island's St. Croix
and St. Thomas.
The Observer is a
politically independent publication.
Editorial

summarise or reject any unsolicited material. We will
assume that all letters addressed to the The Observer
or its staff are intended for publication unless otherwise
stated. Letter writers are required to sign their
names and are asked to include a telephone number
to allow verification. Views expressed in letters,
commentaries or personal columns do not necessarily
represent the viewpoint of this newspaper. Limit submissions
to 1,000 words.
