Police have made two recent arrests in connection with a 2008 murder in Nevis. One week shy of the 6 th anniversary of 28-year-old Leon “G-man””Gravo”Westerman’s death police have arrested and charged Dexter “Pilikin”Somersall for the murder. The 42-year-old was picked up at his Prickley Pear Alley residence on Tuesday afternoon (Jan 21). He was taken before the magistrate court on Wednesday and remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison. There he joined another man who was this week charged for the same offence. Last Friday (Jan 17) Stoney Grove resident Asim “Sim”Parris was arrested in connection with Parris’ shooting death. He went before the Nevis Magistrate Court Tuesday and was remanded to HMP. In April 2012 Craig Halliday of Fort Thomas Road, McKnight, St. Kitts was the first person charged for Westerman’s murder. More arrests in this matter may be pending.
