BASSETERRE, St. Kitts — Police are investigating an incident in which a juvenile was shot and injured over the weekend.
Police responded to a report of a shooting on the compound of the former Basseterre High School at about 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 25. Preliminary investigations have revealed that the 17-year-old was on the premises when two to three gunmen opened fire at him. He was shot once in the forearm. The juvenile was transported to the JNF Hospital where he was treated for his injury.
