Basseterre, St. Kitts-The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis has recorded its 28th homicide this morning with the shooting death of Jamari Sutton alias Bumpy in Upper Cayon.

Sutton who is in his early 20s was said to be working with his father who is a popular welder in the area installing their metal work, when he was approached by the assailant(s).

Reports state that the victim received multiple bullets with one or more striking him in the head

Sutton who is of Hermitage Village in Cayon was recently released from prison after he was convicted for Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunition and was sentenced to two years and four months imprisonment on each charge to run concurrently.
