Billionaire auto magnate Ernie Boch Jr. has just put his luxurious 4,828-square-foot two-story home, located in the Four Season Resort Estates, for $7.2 million. Nested on a one-and-a-quarter-acre mountaintop on Nevis, the main house has five master suites, each with a private en-suite bathroom.

As if that is not enough, the property also comes with a guest cottage. The entire enclave has beautiful views of the ocean.

For decades, Boch has owned Toyota and Honda dealerships near Boston, Mass. After becoming the area’s leading auto dealer and distributor, Boch liquidated some of his businesses to a conglomerate headed by his former chief executive. He has, however, held on to many of his most profitable dealerships and is rumoured to be worth billions.

Called Seagrape, Boch’s enclave in Nevis is a five bedroom, six-and-a-half bath villa; a stunning front hall; an airy living room; ultra-modern kitchen; and expansive entertaining areas.

When this gem was planned and built in 2009, no expense was avoided. Boch hired the best including designer Anthony Catalfano; sinks by Robert Jones Aqua; custom carpets and fabrics by Boussad, Pierre Frey, Bruscwig & Fils and Lee Jofa; and a smart home system for lighting and audio-visual appliances.
