Insurance Secretariat seeks accountant, quality assurance officer
The National Health Insurance Secretariat is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the post of quality assurance officer (health/medical person).
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in medicine or nursing and at least 10 years experience in clinical activities at the primary and secondary care levels with at least five years in a supervisory capacity. They should also have knowledge of the laws pertaining to health and medical care activities in St. Kitts and Nevis as well as knowledge of quality of care protocols in clinical settings.
The secretariat is also inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the post of accounting officer. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least five years experience in accounting practices and procedures. Certification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) would be an asset.
