Gun crimes continue to plague the rural village of St. Pauls as residents mourn the loss of a second murdered man in less than a week. Just after 9pm Sunday (Mar 1) various police units responded to reports of shooting in a St. Pauls housing project. Upon arrival they met Jason Francis of Parsons Village lying face down in an open area. He was pronounced dead on the scene. Just last Wednesday (Feb 25) 24-year-old Andre “Lexi” Alexander Douglas of Willet’s Project was gunned before dawn. The Federation has recorded 10 murders in two months, prompting public fear of a bloody 2015.
