Popular calypsonian, Carlisle “King Binghi” Pemberton is currently nursing a gunshot wound to his leg after his was shot last night in front of his home.
On Saturday (Dec. 8) the Police Public Relations Officer confirmed the shooting involving Pemberton noting that it took place on Friday night around 10:45 p.m. They said that at this time “there is nothing to indicate there was a robbery.”
Pemberton is currently warded at the Alexandra Hospital and is in stable condition.
