Don’t talk the talk if you can’t walk the walk

I wrote to you twice before about your falsifying survey plans. This time I write an open letter because you publicly criticize my work. You are neither qualified nor competent to do so.

I have a copy of a plan of Ward Estate in which you wrote a certificate titled “Surveyors (Practice) Regulation” and which reads as follows:

I Simeon Hill of Morning Star in the Island of Nevis hereby affirm and declare that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor and hereby certify that the survey represented by this plan is accurate and has been made in accordance with the Surveyors (Practice) Regulation of the Federation of Saint Christopher and Nevis and was completed on February 1, 2006 at the request of Newfound Developers.

Property Description

This certificate lies in that (1) there is no Surveyors (Practice) Regulation and there can be no such thing and (2) you are not a licensed St. Christopher (St. Kitts) and Nevis Land Surveyor. I was told you were never at any time recommended for a land surveyor’s commission by a surveyor.

Here is a list of the commissioned land surveyors of St. Kitts and Nevis prepared by the Chief Technical Officer, Lands and Surveys. He told me your name was not added to the list since that date.

You told people that I put survey marks in a road in the subject survey. You put them in the centre of the stone wall. By what authority did you do that? Is it book work or experience or divine rites? Please don’t do that again.

I end with the same question as in my previous two letters. What happened to the born again Christian you professed when you worked at my office?
