Nevis Resident Reported Drowned at Charlestown Pier

It was reported to the Observer that a Brown Hill citizen, tentatively identified as ‘Pumpy  Boy,’ drowned at the Charlestown pier earlier this morning June 4.

The circumstances surrounding his death are unclear at this time. His body was removed from the scene just before 8 am.
