ECSC: Notice of Additional Sitting in SKN

Pursuant to Rule 5[1] of the Court of Appeal Rules, 1968 the Hon. Hugh A. Rawlins, Chief Justice, has directed that there be an additional Court of Appeal Sitting in Saint Kitts and Nevis for the week of 15th to 19th March, 2010. Matters listed for status hearing before a Single Judge of the Court will be heard as scheduled on Monday 8th March, 2010 whilst the hearing of regular appeals before the Full Court will take place during the week of 15th to 19th March, 2010.
