BASSETERRE, St. Kitts — One young man was shot on George Street in Newtown on Wednesday morning.
According to reports, a single gunshot was heard before an unidentified young man was seen lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to his stomach.
He was transported to the JNF Hospital to be treated for his injuries.
