Dr. Lionel C. M. “Woosey” von Frederick Rawlins is the president and founder of The VonFrederick Group (www.vonfrederick.com), a Sacramento, California, based counter-terrorism and criminological organization. His latest publications, “Indifference + Inaction = Genocide” can be found in the book, The Anatomy of Genocide: State Sponsored Mass Killings in the 21st Century, (Mellon Press, 2001), and “Is there a Correlation between Terrorism and Genocide” can be found in The Autopsy of Genocide (2006).
