Dr. Lionel C. M. “Woosey” von Frederick Rawlins is the president and founder of The VonFrederick Group (www.vonfrederick.com), a Sacramento, California, based counter-terrorism and criminological organization. His latest publications, “Indifference + Inaction = Genocide” can be found in the book, The Anatomy of Genocide: State Sponsored Mass Killings in the 21st Century, (Mellon Press, 2001), and “Is there a Correlation between Terrorism and Genocide” can be found in The Autopsy of Genocide (2006). From his experience, Rawlins has observed managers, administrators, CEOs and other senior executives struggle in the face of impending threats of domestic and international terrorism, and with the effects of crime and criminality on their organization’s assets.
