BASSETERRE, St. Kitts — Police have charged 24-year-old Kyrhon Philip of John England Village, St. Peters for the offence of Attempted Murder.
The incident involves 32-year-old Ian Pemberton who was shot multiple times about the body on Nov. 8 in Lower Monkey Hill. Philip was charged on Nov. 24. He was remanded to Her Majesty’s prison.
