CHARLESTOWN, Nevis -– The St. Kitts and Nevis Customs and Excise Department (Nevis Division) regarding will have an auction sale on Monday Dec. 3.
The general public is hereby notified that in accordance with the Customs (Control and Management) Act Cap 20.04 section 196; Her Majesty Customs and Excise Department Nevis Division would be having a public auction sale on items that were imported on or before Aug. 13.
This sale will take place Monday, Dec. 3 at 1:00 p.m. at the Brian David Courier Facility on Main Street in Charlestown.
Terms of sale is strictly cash on the fall of the hammer. Further, to accommodate this sale the facility will open at 8 a.m. and close at 12 noon.
A listing of the items that will be auctioned will be posted at the Ports of entry and other public areas in Nevis.
