Press Release Basseterre, St. Kitts, July 13, 2016 (RSCNPF):
The Violent Crimes Unit is investigating a wounding incident on Nevis that occurred around 8.00pm on Tuesday (July 12) in the Camps area.
Initial investigations reveal that a male resident of Barnaby sustained an injury to his neck. A local physician and students of a medical university in the area provided on site treatment. The victim was transported to the Alexandria Hospital for further treatment.
A person of interest was taken into police custody. The investigation is ongoing.
