The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force is searching for Ivan James of Marshall Alley, Basseterre.

According to a police release an arrest warrant is presently in existence for James in connection with a number of breaking offences in the Basseterre area.

James is dark in complexion, approximately 5’-7” in height, medium build, with a low hair cut and a receding hairline.

Any person with information as to the whereabouts of James should contact the Criminal Investigation Department at 465-2241, extension 236 or 220, and can do so anonymously.

In other police news the police officers arrested and charged the following persons last week;

Chaddin Buchannan of Sandy Point — robbery

Avonnel Humphrey of The Alley, Sandy Point — child neglect

Alexis Sweeney of Maurice Project, St. Pauls — malicious Damage

Robert Charles of Ogees Village — threatening language

Jahno Francis of Lower Pitcairn Street — unlawful possession of a firearm and the unlawful possession of ammunition

Leon Liburd of Central Street, Basseterre — battery

Stanley Ward of Saddlers Village — house breaking and larceny

Also, last week the following persons appeared before the magistrate;

Calvin Liddie of Crab Hill, Sandy Point — possession with intent to supply and Possession of controlled drugs committed. He was bailed in the sum of $5000.

Javier Charles of Bath Village and Leon Westerman of Low Street, Charlestown — possession with intent to supply and possession of controlled drugs. They were each bailed in the sum of $10,000.

Phillip Francis of Central Fiennes Avenue — Unlawful Possession. He was convicted and sentenced to one month hard labour.
