St. Kitts Bottling Company Launches 2008 Olympic Promotion

The St. Kitts Bottling Company has been in existence in St. Kitts for the past fifty-four years. Over the past year, the company has made the transition from producing Sparkle, Coca-Cola, Sprite and Fanta range of products in glass bottles to plastic bottles, commonly referred to as PET.” The glass bottles held 10 fl.ozs. (296 ml) and 16.9 fl.ozs. (500 ml) whereas the plastic bottles hold 20 fl.ozs. (591 ml) PET.”” Thursday Online Code for Issue # 718 is RCH Mr. Sookai said that the 2008 Beijing Olympics marked the 80th continuous year that Coca-Cola has been associated with these games. The St. Kitts Bottling Company is helping to raise money for the St. Kitts/Nevis team to go to the 2008 Beijing Olympics.” The Coca-Cola Olympics 2008 promotion has as its objective to create awareness that Coca-Cola is a long-standing sponsor and supporter of the Olympics according to Keithley Phillip, Marketing Manager at the St. Kitts Bottling Co. Ltd.” The Promotion includes a chance to win the big prize of a 42-inch Plasma Screen TV along with smaller prizes of an Olympic messenger bag or watch while stocks last. In order to win the plasma television, customers should submit 6, 20 oz Coca-Cola Olympic labels with the prediction time and name of the 100 M dash winner. The customer must also submit their contact information. To obtain an Olympic watch or messenger bag, customers must bring in three St. Kitts Bottling Co. Ltd Coca-Cola Olympic Labels along with EC$15.00 to any of the redemption centers within the Federation while stocks last. The cut off time for submitting entries for the plasma television contest is 4:30 P.M. on August 15, 2008. The drawing will take place on August 16 and the place and time for handing over the TV will be announced via radio on August 17, 2008. The promotion with respect to the messenger bags and watches will go on until stocks last. The 2008 Summer Olympic Games, officially known as the Games of the 29th Olympiad will be held in Beijing, People’s Republic of China from August 8- August 24, 2008.
