Suspect turns self in

At approximately 11:20 a.m. on Wednesday October 3, 2007, Lennox “Jah Low” Gumbs of St. Johnson Village turned himself in to Police at the Basseterre Police Station. A warrant for the arrest of Gumbs was in existence for the offence of “Shooting at with Intent” committed on Friday 28th September 2007.  Gumbs was later charged with the offence and will appear before the court shortly to answer to the charge.
