(Oualie Beach, Nevis) – Newly crowned National Triathlon Champion Reggie Douglas is achieving international recognition, according to a press release from the Nevis Cycle and Triathlon Club.
The St Kitts & Nevis Triathlon Federation was informed earlier this week that Mr. Douglas has been accepted to race in the Elite class in two upcoming ITU/PATCO events, The Isla Margharita, Venezuela Continental Cup on May 11 and the Ixtapa, Mexico Caribbean Championships Cup on May 17.
Mr. Douglas is said to be “overjoyed” at the news
“Reggie has finally got where he should have been last year, St Kitts and Nevis should be very proud of this home grown talent,” Triathlon Federation President Winston Crooke said.
