BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, (Friday 19th February 2010) . On Friday 19th February 2010 police formally arrested and charged Jeneve Mills of Prickley Pear Alley and a Woman Police Officer Monica Williams of St. Pauls both on warrants in the first instance for possession of cannabis and possession of cannabis with intent to supply. Mills and Williams appeared before the presiding magistrate at the Basseterre Magistrates Court and were both bailed in the sum of $ 5000.00 each to appear on Monday 22nd February 2010 to answer their bail. These charges came as a result of a search warrant that was executed By police on the premises of Jeneve Mills at Prickley Pear Alley on the early morning of Friday 12th February 2010.
