Woman charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm on teenager

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts — Police have charged 34-year-old Kimberly Liburd of Mansion Village for the offence of Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm on a juvenile. The offence was committed in Mansion Village on Jan. 21.
